beautiful but not for me

I normally wear a size 10. I ordered a size 12 to be on the safe side according to comments of running small. I still could not lift my arms with a bigger size. Ordered new dresses in a size 14 and praying one fits. This is for a wedding so I am panicking to get the order on time. The dresses are beautiful and well made. US sizing is different.
