This dress stands out more in person than in the photo. I am so short and large that it looks like the waist completely swallows my upper body. I also like to blend in and just think this dress would make people take notice. It is very conservative, but apparently not as much as I am. It is a beautiful dress and would look amazing on someone taller.

I would recommend a size up but then I would be worried the blousy top would be too big because it was already borderline too big. I wore for a maid of honor in a wedding and I loved it once I was in it but not putting it on or taking it off.
