Our policy lasts 14 days. You can get a full refund when you return your item(s) within 14 days. When you receive item(s) that is defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us immediately so we can make it right. When will you ship my order after I order it?
Before your order is shipped, Sesdress has to process your order and put all your items through its strict quality control tests. Because of this, Total Delivery Time is different from shipping time alone.

Shipping Time: Delivery generally takes 3-10 business days, But this is depending on your region.
