Our return policy lasts 14 days. You can receive a full refund when returning your item(s) within this period. If you receive a defective, incorrect, or incomplete item, please contact us immediately so we can make it right. For faster assistance with a return or exchange, email us your order number, contact information, and photos/videos of the issue (if applicable). Please keep all items and packaging materials until your claim is resolved.

Currently, we ship to France, Germany, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and the United States.

When Will My Order Be Shipped?

Before shipping, we process all orders and conduct strict quality control checks. This means the total delivery time includes both processing and shipping times.

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Processing Time: 5-8 business days

Shipping Time: 3-10 business days, depending on your region.

• Standard Shipping: 7-10 business days — $26.88 USD
• Expedited Shipping: 3-5 business days — $32.99 USD

How to Track Your Order?

1. If you placed your order under a registered account, log in to check your order status under "My Orders."

2. If you ordered without signing in, contact customer service to check your order status.

3. Once your order ships, we will send an email with a tracking number. If you have any questions, reach out to service@sesdress.com.

• Dresses are usually packed inside out for protection.
• Hang and store the dress in a shaded and dry place.
• If available, use the inner hanger straps to assist with hanging.

• Dry cleaning is recommended for most dresses to ensure fabric quality.
• Steam ironing is preferred to remove wrinkles; avoid high heat to protect delicate fabrics.
• If hand washing is necessary, use mild detergent and cold water.
